Hidden Cause of Adverse Drug Reactions

The New England Journal of Medicine shows that ADR's occur in one out of every four individuals who visit their family medical doctor - this equates 22 million people. Many ADR's are not caused by the drug directly. Instead, they are the result of drug-induced nutritional deficiencies.
The primary mechanisms of drug-induced nutrient depletion include inhibition of nutrient absorption, synthesis, transport, storage, metabolism or excretion. Regardless of the mechanism the end result is the same - ADR's.
The magnitude of this danger is immense. Despite the 22 million who are injured every year from ADR's, the FDA does not require drug companies to report whether or not an approved drugs elicits a nutrient deficiency. As a result, most physicians and pharmacists are unaware of this real and present danger. This lack of awareness among our health professionals puts millions at risk for poor health and even premature death - courtesy of ADR's.

Antidepressants during pregnancy may affect baby
NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Babies born to women who took the newer type of antidepressants called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors or SSRIs during pregnancy appear to be at increased risk of having a low birth weight and to develop respiratory distress, Canadian researchers report.

Just weeks ago a news item about a study in the medical journal ‘Cancer’ from last month’s issue reported of tamoxifen that it “does not appear in the long run to save many lives”. The report further noted that the researchers cited “the sometimes serious side effects of tamoxifen outweigh the benefits”. Why has it taken more than 20 years to discover that the only drug approved by the FDA for most breast cancer for many years barely works at all? Why is it that only after the patent protection for tamoxifen expired and inexpensive generic versions are now commonly available that this information is discovered?
We can clamp down on antisocial children before birth, says Blair
Tony Blair has said it is possible to identify problem children who could grow up to be a potential "menace to society" even before they are born. Setting out plans for state intervention to prevent babies born into high-risk families becoming problem teenagers of the future, the prime minister said teenage mothers could be forced to accept state help before giving birth, as part of a clampdown on antisocial behaviour. Mr Blair defended the need for state intervention and said action could even be taken "pre-birth" if necessary as families with drug and alcohol problems were being identified too late.
Sounds like eugenics is making its comeback.
Global Diabetes Epidemic Caused By Depleted Uranium

We are now in a global diabetes epidemic since 1991 as a result of global contamination from depleted uranium. India now has 39 million diabetics and expects 50 million by 2010 (in third world countries 80% is undiagnosed). The US Centers for Disease Control reported in 1980 that there were 5.7 million diagnosed cases of diabetes. That number increased by 1 million in a decade, in 1990, to 6.7 million. Between 1990 and 2002 the number increased to 13.5 million, with the largest increase of 2 million in a single year between 1996-97. That was the year Clinton did heavy grid and carpet bombing... now we know it was with massive amounts of depleted uranium dirty bombs. This huge increase in diabetes is consistent with Japanese public health increases in diabetes and cancer mortality as well as other radiation related illnesses, also increases in India, and the UK.The use of Depleted Uranium munitions and bombs by the US and allied armies is the covert extension of nuclear warfare against the whole world population. A war crime of immense proportions.
